I saw this lovely, lovely book on Instagram recently and I’m so glad that I got hold of a copy. It’s the perfect book for connecting with children: reinforcing what you love about them and how much you care, building their self-esteem, encouraging them to reach for their dreams and reminding them to love, respect and be kind to each other. Like many parents, I try and do this regularly, but sometimes I realise that life/time has rushed by and I’ve not said these things as much as I should. Through sharing this book with my 2 youngsters, therefore, I’m hoping that I can impart these much-needed messages far more often.
